Q: What is the RSB Cancellation Policy?

Please refer to our weather policy for any weather related cancellations. 

We require a 48 hours notice for cancellations. In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund, minus the 3% service charge. 

You could also choose to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. 

  • Please note: rescheduled date is dependent on availability for the beach day of your choosing. 

No refunds or rescheduling within 24 hours.

Q: What if there is inclement weather on my beach day?

WEATHER POLICY

Cancellations must be made before your setup begins. 

If rain chances are over 50% we do not set out blankets. 

Please note: we can not setup in active rain or lightning and this may cause a delay in your set up while weather conditions improve. 

We reserve the right to move your booking to a different location to either avoid the rain, or to ensure we can accommodate everyone for the day. If this happens, you will be notified with ample time. 

Please note: If thunderstorms are approaching the area we must begin breakdowns to ensure the safety of our employees and guests. 

We always ask that you lower the umbrellas on your way out, but we ask for special attention to this as winds tend to pick up when storms come through & they will break our equipment. 

If it starts raining during your setup feel free to leave and find cover! But once your umbrellas have been setup we cannot refund you.  

We reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 75% refund if we can not make it happen.

If it’s windy:

If winds are predicted to be 20 MPH or higher we can not set up umbrellas.  

Umbrellas will be lowered upon arrival. We ask that you only bring them up if the winds die down & to pay special attention to lowering them when you leave.
